Privacy Policy

BuddySlides turns Articulate Rise course exports into PowerPoint decks. It is made by ixCreations (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

Your course files stay on your computer

BuddySlides converts your course entirely inside your web browser. The course file you choose and the PowerPoint it produces are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, open, store or recover them.

What we collect

We don’t ask you to create an account, and BuddySlides doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The page doesn’t store anything about you in your browser. Your browser may keep its own copy of the converter’s files (about 25 MB) so the page loads faster next time; you can clear this with your browser’s settings at any time.

Like any website, the page is delivered by a hosting service (Cloudflare), which sees technical details such as your IP address when your browser downloads it. We don’t use these to track you.

Website hosting

Like any website, the service that delivers the BuddySlides page to your browser may keep standard technical logs — such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request — to keep the site secure and working. These logs never contain your course files or the decks you make.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we don’t share them with anyone else.

Children

BuddySlides is a business tool and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
